This Cookie Policy explains how FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, and comparable browser features) on FlavaGold (flavagold.com). It supplements our Privacy Policy. Some items apply only on certain sites in the FlavaWorks Entertainment, Inc. network, as noted.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a website keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. "Session" cookies expire when you close your browser; "persistent" cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

1. Strictly Necessary

• Session cookie and XSRF-TOKEN — keep your session active and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Up to 3 days. First-party.
• WooCommerce / WordPress cookies (CocoStore only) — cart contents and, when you log in, authentication. Session to ~1 year. First-party.

2. Age Verification & Session Preferences

• age_verified — records that you confirmed you are of legal age. 365 days. First-party.
• Content preference (SFW/NSFW) — remembers your safe-for-work image setting. 1 year. First-party.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by our billing partners (including CCBill). Any cookies set during checkout are set by the payment processor on its own domain and are governed by that processor's policies.

4. Preferences

• Language, theme (light/dark), and units (metric/imperial) — your display settings. Cookie up to 1 year / local storage. First-party.
• Affiliate attribution (fg_ref / fg_cid) — set only if you arrive through a FlavaGold affiliate link, to credit the referring affiliate. 30 days to 1 year. First-party.
• CocoStore also stores shopping conveniences (build-your-own-DVD selections, dismissed-banner state). First-party.

5. Analytics & Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics (_ga and related) — measures site usage via Google's script (third-party), loaded ONLY on public, logged-out pages that do not display video. It is never loaded for logged-in members or on any video or scene page, so member and video-viewing activity is not shared with Google. Up to 2 years.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects forms from abuse; may set a Google cookie. Third-party.
• Web push notifications (OneSignal) — if you opt in on a site that offers them, sets cookies/storage and registers a service worker. Third-party. Select sites only.
• Embedded maps — a page embedding Google Maps may cause Google to set cookies. Third-party. Select sites only.

Do Not Track & Controlling Cookies

Our Sites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Sites from working, including signing in. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any such email, use Google's opt-out tools for Google Analytics, and disable web-push notifications in your browser.
